The Illinois Campus Cares Technical Assistance Center (ICC TAC) invites you to get involved in shaping consistent, high-quality mental health services at Illinois public colleges and universities, in alignment with the Mental Health Early Action on Campus (MHEAC) Act.

You can contribute your voice and expertise by serving as a member of our Advisory Council and/or on one of two committees:

• Advisory Council – Guides ICC TAC strategy and collaboration to ensure statewide MHEAC Act compliance across public campuses.
• Policy Committee – Guides policy development and implementation.
• Statewide Standards & Best Practices Committee – Establishes and promotes best practices across campuses.
